Tiffen provides support for all registered users of its products free of charge. Priority technical support is provided via email. If you have not registered your software, you must do so to receive free support. You may register your product online. If you are evaluating the software for purchase, you do not need to register to ask us questions.
Email ticket technical support is handled from 9-5 PM EST excluding certain holidays. Email support allows us to provide detailed support information to you as well as send additional documentation that may help you with your specific support needs. If you can't find a solution to your problems in our Knowledgebase, you can submit a support ticket or go to the Dfx Online Support Center.
Please be as detailed and specific as possible. When submitting an email support question, please provide a daytime telephone number and a time when you could be reached. If necessary, we will schedule a time call you or set up a remote session, to assist you with your question or problem.
